Awesome Sauce Baby Tracker (“Awesome Sauce,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and deleted when you use the Awesome Sauce Baby Tracker mobile application (the “App”).

4. Your Baby’s Information

Awesome Sauce Baby Tracker is intended for use by parents and caregivers to record information about babies and young children under their care.

The App is not intended for babies or children to create or operate their own accounts. Information about a child is entered and managed by the parent, guardian, or caregiver using the App.

You should only enter information about a child if you are authorized to do so.

5. Selling or Sharing Baby Tracking Data

We do not sell your Baby Tracking Data.

We do not use Baby Tracking Data for third-party targeted advertising.

If you invite a caregiver or family member to your account, the Baby Tracking Data you choose to share will be accessible to the people you invite, so that they can view and record your baby’s activities. You control these invitations and can remove a caregiver’s access at any time.

We may allow service providers that help us operate the App and its cloud infrastructure to process information when necessary to provide their services to us. These providers may only receive information as necessary to perform those functions and are subject to their own contractual and legal obligations regarding data protection.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or safety of our users, our services, or others.

6. Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain device and usage information, such as a device identifier, IP address, and general app-usage data.

Ads shown in the App are non-personalized and are not based on your Baby Tracking Data. We do not share your Baby Tracking Data with advertisers.

7. Analytics

We use analytics and diagnostic tools to understand how the App is used and to improve its performance, stability, and features. These tools may collect usage data, general device information, and crash diagnostics.

This information is used to operate and improve the App. It is not used to identify you personally and is not linked to your Baby Tracking Data for advertising.

8. Data Retention

We retain Baby Tracking Data for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide the App’s services.

You may delete your account through the App at any time.

When you delete your account, the account and associated Baby Tracking Data will be deleted from our active systems, subject to limited circumstances in which information may temporarily remain in backups or must be retained to comply with legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate obligations.

9. Account and Data Deletion

You are in control of your account.

You can delete your account directly from within Awesome Sauce Baby Tracker. Deleting your account will initiate deletion of the information associated with that account, including your Baby Tracking Data, subject to the limited retention circumstances described above.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any device you use to access Awesome Sauce Baby Tracker.

11. Children’s Privacy

Awesome Sauce Baby Tracker is designed for use by adults caring for babies and children, not for independent use by children.

We do not knowingly allow children to create their own Awesome Sauce Baby Tracker accounts. 12. Third-Party Services
